Sunday Lunch

3:20 PM Prepared a successful Sunday lunch party. Garlic Herb roasted leg of lamb w/ plum demi glace, roasted ribs of lamb w/ Bushmill’s Irish Whiskey BBQ sauce, veg medley in burre blanc, Chardonay sauteed mashrooms, and Emmentaler Parmesan polenta, and for dessert, homemade carrotcake and coffee.
