Keeping it very simple and close to the earth…

Buttered Baked New Potatoes with Cheese, Sour Cream, Green Onions, and crisped Csípős Kolbász (a spicy Hungarian air dried sausage).

Beverage accompaniment: Chilled Káposztalé (a tart fermented cabbage juice).
