Vegan Summer Rolls @ Casa d’Amado

Bib Lettuce, rice vermicelli, seared seasoned tofu strips, julienned cucumber, marinated soy protein (chicken style) , shredded carrot, mung bean sprouts, scallions, Thai basil wrapped in rice sheets served with peanut sauce and paired with elder flower lemonade. Sounds strange?
It’s delicious!

I wanted to prepare something special for Katis.  It’s been too long since I’ve gifted her with a gastrorgasm.  These rolls set the pace for a memorable weekend of food and dancing.
